Centricity* Radiology Mobile Access lets you see images and reports anytime, anywhere via mobile devices including a mobile app for PACS, iPad Radiology or Android Radiology. This solution gives you almost unlimited access to information and may be used for non-significant risk studies, comparative collaboration, consultation, and other research. Centricity Radiology Mobile Access is not yet approved by the FDA for primary diagnostic interpretation and should not be used on its own for clinical decisions.

Centricity Radiology Mobile Access allows clinicians and radiologists to quickly find relevant images and reports through the AccessNOW app, which provides the ability to search Centricity PACS by:

  • Patient Name
  • Patient ID
  • Accession Number
  • Modality
  • Date Range

Once the image is displayed on the mobile device, AccessNOW provides 2D, 3D, and MIP/MPR capabilities. It allows the user to scroll, set W/L, zoom, and pan.

Future versions of AccessNOW will include the ability to access exam status, exam notes, and specialized work lists.

Intended Use
This is a software-based application used with general computing servers and specific mobile devices. It provides access to images and reports that reside on a radiology image storage system. The application provides 2D, 3D, and MIP/MPR viewing capabilities of DICOM 3.0 compliant medical images.

It is intended for use by trained healthcare professionals, including radiologists, physicians, technologists, clinicians and nurses.

The application is not approved by the FDA for primary diagnostic interpretation. It should not be used on its own for clinical decisions. It may be used for non-significant risk studies, comparative effectiveness studies, collaboration, consultation, and other research.

It is not to be used for mammography.
